Jeffrey Feldman, Founder & Principal
Root Development, LLC is a real estate development and development consulting company. Its founder, Jeffrey Feldman, has over fifteen years of experience in the real estate development industry, including eleven years as the Vice President of the Greater Boston Region for Feldco Development Corp. While at Feldco, Jeff was integrally involved in many aspects of ground up development including site control, project feasibility, permitting, government and community relations, design, financial analysis, and project capitalization. Jeff has significant experience with several asset classes, including retail, office, and cultural uses. However, he has a particular focus on multifamily residential development. Jeff began his career as an investment banker and has over a decade of experience in finance, having worked at several prestigious institutions, including Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Imperial Capital, LLC.
